We’ll Beat Any Genuine Like For Like Quotation
Here at IRG, we will match any genuine like for like quotation you receive from a equivalent competitor. Simply contact us via email at salesirgltd@gmail.com with sufficient evidence of your valid quotation, and we will take it from there.
Which prices do we match?
The competitor’s price you receive and are wanting us to price match, should be available in a formal and detailed quote. For us to be able to verify these prices, they need to be displayed in al valid quote with details of the full specs and sizes of product etc.
The price must relate to a new, identical products of the same make, model, size and colour. We do not price match for products that are similar, but not identical. We match or beat the prices of products, however not necessarily the delivery or service charges.
Price Match T&C’s
1. We’ll either match or beat our competitor’s current UK quote.
2. The competitor’s item must be brand new and identical to ours.
3. IRG must stock or are able to supply the items requested on the quote.
4. We will only match or beat the price of an item; not their delivery charges or other services
5. We have the ability to match against competitors in the England, Scotland & Wales at our own discretion
6. Quotes are only valid for 30days and may be subject to structural/design/works/ requirements.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied. To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below. The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.
Our Procedure
Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Which?’s dispute resolution Provider for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
